Alabama lost more recently

If it happens, I personally will not complain or be mad. I will feel it is not fair to LSU, but I would be more excited about Bama/LSU than any other BCSNCG. Otherwise LSU will just kick the shite out of anyone else and I won't really be looking forward to the game much at all.
I just do not think bama has much of a chance unless AU and PSU win out (except AU over bama of course) and OSU and Stanford lose, and even then it may not be enough.

Right, but we are currently #3, which makes your point irrelevant.

They lost more recently and are still ranked 3rd. I'm not sure what you're trying to argue there.

It really is one of those things that you can say shouldn't happen but still hope it does if your team happens to be in that position. It's ok to be a little bit of a homer, despite the negative connotation other homers give it.
this. there is no way it will happen, but the media keeps pushing the possible scenario which makes alabama fans keep hoping. we're always optimistic like that...
lsu fans would hope for the same if the situation were reveresed.

But your computer score will suffer for the next month straight. Oklahoma/Okie St and Oregons will benefit.
I think you guys are underestimating how badly the computers are going to rape Alabama when Penn St/Auburn/Arkansas all lose games. Voters not wanting a rematch + Alabamas computer score weakening = not feasible.
If Georgia keeps winning and Oklahoma beats Okie St then Boise St has a legit shot of being in the game.

By beating Bama does that mean LSU doesn't have to play the last games on their schedule? You guys have an inside tip on LSU vs Arkansas and LSU Georgia. You guys watch any college football before this season? The Season is not over, for all we know we could end up watching OK State and. Stanford in the MNC

No title game. I don't see how they could pass us. Their loss is to a horrible Ttech team.

Obviously. But LSU DID beat Bama, and to allow a neutral field game to take precedence over a road victory by LSU is irresponsible and the voters won't let it happen.

I'v already posted that Bama will take a big hit with those teams' losses. But the recent loss didn't hurt any worse than Oklahoma's loss a while back.

1 loss is 1 loss. And they're about to play #2 Oklahoma St and their computer score (if they win) is going to be insanely strong because of it. If they win decisively, Oklahoma will jump Alabama.
Oklahoma lost by 3 too fwiw and had a chance to win the game at the very end. They lost to a bad team, but it was a close game.

OU = Title game. 4 or 5 wins vs top 25 teams in final BCS standings
Bama = No title game. 1 win vs ranked teams.
That help?

Correct. But Oklahomas point total will rise while Alabamas continues to fall. It's just reality.
Boise St may come out the biggest winner in all of this. Setting a precedent.
