This is the truth. Aggies have benefited from this in the past and will again in the future more than likely. It's baseball.

There's nothing like a good Aggie baseball melt.
Oh and, he was safe and it was a strike... both easy calls. Umpires could make those calls in their sleep. Perhaps they did

Lot of Aggies in here that haven't watched enough baseball to know. Guessing they started caring this season

I am discussing sports. A&M got screwed which is a part of sports. Fans just take emotional investment in games and feel threatened when their wins are diminished. The guy that said it best, "A&M got screwed. welcome to the Box. will happen again" is the best response. A good fan would acknowledge that the umps gifted you the game and momentum in the most crucial of scenarios. Acknowledging that you were the beneficiary of an unfair advantage shouldn't make you so insecure. A win is a win. If A&M was on the winning side of such a terrible call, I'd be ecstatic. There are no asterisks in the win column.

One more thing before I go. If I were an Aggy I'd be pissed at the effort from the 3rd basemen on the chopper by Zardon, to be honest. He may not have made a play, by he should have been able to keep that from getting down the line IMO.

Here is a vine of the 2 pitches. It appears (to me at least), that ball 4 was a tiny bit closer than ball 3.
Ball 3 and "Strike" 3
Ball 3 and "Strike" 3

Alex Lange. Dig through here and see what umpire excuses y'all haven't used yet. You'll need them tomorrow.

Well unlike you all my Aggies buddies text me on a great game and that you can't watch a 3-2 close call fly past you.......
Nobody to blame in a game like this........We all had plays we left on field and plays we'd like back.
We finished.........be a man about it.

Our infield defense is the worst aspect of the team.

Where is FaWx? Want to try and tell me that was 8 inches off the plate and outside Scivique's frame again?

Does not exist. Ball 3 missed close. "Ball 4" was enough. Good luck tomorrow.

Thats at the exact moment he caught it, hasnt even framed it yet. Still look like 8 inches? If the batter doesnt fight that off shame on him. Absolutely borderline.

It's a shame too. It may cost aTm a special season because y'alls bullpen is disgusting.

Definitely outside of his frame. Probably only 3 inches off the plate. As 8 inches was meant to be hyperbole as it's almost half the width of the plate, I don't know why you're so hung up about that quip. But definitely outside his frame. The catcher did a good job framing it, but it's a ball all day and it wasn't close. It's not even close enough for him to foul it off.
