Of course LSU would rather not have to beat Bama twice, but this year unlike 2011 LSU is actually better. So nobody is afraid of Bama as in the past. Rightfully so but this isn't the past.

Who knows how both teams look next year under different QB's

Exactly but neither can a fluke punt return and two long bombs in weird situations. I mean, it works both ways.

you never stopped it when it mattered most. No team has. When LSU has needed a score they are a perfect 100% at getting an answer for pulling ahead, extending a lead in a close game, switching back the momentum or whatever the reason.

I still don't know what Bama DB's were doing on Burrow's second TD pass that went to a wide-open Terrace Marshall. Moss and Chase were also wide open. Burrow had 3 options to throw to and picked Marshall for the TD. Who were those DB's covering? Themselves?

I said myself Bama made it a game in the 3rd when Harris went off, but LSU responded marching down the field again all through the 4th to put a lid on it.

Alabama made their run and LSU answered. Hats off for fighting back when LSU got a bit complacent and left the door open, but you never had the ball with a chance to win. The outcome was never in doubt.

Burrow was not going to be shut out the entire half and everyone knew it.

If Bama gets to fix their mistakes then so do we. We spot them TWENTY-ONE POINTS. Were their mistakes worth 27?

I believe so too. If we play them in a rematch, only thing that will change is that bama won't score as many points on LSU as they did Saturday. Bama can't stop our offense lol. They can't even hold us from putting up 40, it just won't happen. We are too damn good. We will beat them worse if we play them again just wait and see. I hope for damn sure it happens bc we owe them one from 2011 when miles' hard headed arse and his bs offensive scheme cost us a natty. We want bama!...again! We comin'. RTWFU. STTDB. GEAUX TIGERS!

You gotta be shitting me huh? That was definitely a fluke return by waddle. Our guy had a clear shot at him to make a tackle and blew it. So, you're telling me that our player will normally miss a tackle like that? shite, waddle is lucky he didn't make the tackle bc he was gonna take his head off and he may have fumbled the ball. That was just poor fundamental tackling by our defender. Waddle should have gotten tackled, and would normally, so yeah it was a fluke and a lucky play for bama. Good Lord what game were some of you watching?

He is an amazing open field runner and I expect him to have more punt return TDS. The point isn't his ability but the chance it would be repeated in a rematch. Odds are greatly against it.

Bama wins a rematch by 2 touchdowns without a doubt. The two bs reviews, fumble at the 5, dropped tds Won’t happen again plus a healthy Tua...easy win by two tds for Bama.

Bottom line, Alabama is and always the King of college football! The best program in history and there’s nothing you can do to change that! Go back under your rock pissant hater

Uh, I'm pretty sure there's something that LSU can do about that, lol. Do you know how much talent LSU has at it's disposal just in it's immediate geographical footprint? A shite ton. It's as good as it gets honestly. LSU also is the only power 5 program in louisiana, which means we get who we want in state, a state that is notorious for producing more nfl talent per capita on average than any other state. We have a talent rich state and recruiting footprint, extremely loyal fan support, elite facilities, vast resources, strong alumni and boosters that support the program, a great athletic director that will give us advantage we need to win championships, and championship expectations by everyone involved to produce a damn monster. LSU is about to take over college football, bama included, and there's nothing bama or anyone else is gonna be able to do about it. I have a really good feeling that the LSU football program is about to do unprecedented things here, and if it can be done at bama, it can definitely be done at LSU. Saban would have done the same shite here and maybe more than he's doing there at bama. Which is why he said himself the biggest regret he had in his career is leaving LSU to go to the pros. He said that himself, lol. He wished that he had stayed here, that should tell you something about LSU and it's potential as a program. I know for a fact that LSU hasn't experienced it's golden years in football yet, but I think this is about to be our time, I really do and I believe O is going to be the coach that leads us there. The sky is the limit for LSUs orogram, we have no ceiling. We can dominate college football and it's gonna happen soon bc the wheels are already in motion and you can see it and feel it. We comin' bitch, so either get out the way or get run the frick ova. Geaux Tigers.

Yea.....it was a fluke because (A) Im sure the punter was told NOT to kick it to him and, (B) the faskmask penalty that should have been called, spun the dude completely away from the kick coverage and into an open path.

These are things that can be shored up much more so than LSU's inability to stop Bama from racking up a bunch of yards and scoring a bunch of TD's whether quickly or on the oh so important sustained drives

You may have been at the game and didn't notice but on one TD, Smith got a great jump on Stingley because the defense was caught off guard while trying to do a check with me. That is definitely something that can be corrected although he had a disappointing game regardless if you ask me.

It actually sort of was because the facemasking actually spun him around to go against the grain of coverage, even his own blocking. Not to say that his speed isn't elite.

#1 bama doesn't deserve another shot (1 quality win)

#2 LSU is in bama's head

#3 bama doesn't deserve it!

These two plays, at most, allowed a 6 point swing. Bama fans act as if Bama was driving when the second fumble happened. It was on a punt. LSU was getting the ball regardless, and with the way the offense was playing, there's a strong possibility LSU drives into FG range anyway.
