JJ spectrum can’t beat yal. Our lineup is built to feast off of low hanging fruit, it’s design will not beat good pitching.

Listen douchebag, I’ve predicted this from the start of the season and it will continue into the post season beyond playing Tenn. nothing salty about it, it’s just a fact of baseball and how JJ sets up the lineup so stop acting like a Kunt about it.

People forget we also gifted them at least one, if not both of their only two runs tonight with those back-to-back errors. Tennessee didn’t play their A game overall. Have a feeling we will plate more than 5 runs if we play then again tomorrow

The way it’s set up doesn’t maximize your swings and can’t produce enough runs vs upper level pitching. Instead of a unit he sets up 9 matchups. When a pitcher, like tonight, can locate and doesn’t give you meat all night you can’t produce runs. When you only get a few mistakes you can’t maximize the damage because there are holes in the middle of the lineup.

I think tonight’s result was largely due to having 2 of our top 4 run producers out as well and replacing them with lower tier guys that at best we’re hoping just walk. I’m not sure of the stats, but I’d estimate that we either we had close to the same or more hard hit balls than Tennessee did tonight. I agree we had holes in our lineup, but with our available bodies I don’t see a better path to a lineup.
