If true, what kind of competitiveness is that? These are supposed to be quality athletes, what kind of athlete doesn't care if he wins or not.

Eh, I'm not trying to aid his argument, but the reason LSU fans even claim the whole not care thing is because the team was not fired up and played like they did in the championship the year before, like they didn't really give a shite they were there. Whether its true or not, I can't say, but they were most certainly not fired up nor did they play hard.

This just seems like a excuse as to why yall lost a close game. If the team really didnt care they probably would of got blown out. I know some of you fans put LSU on the highest pedestal but cmon man.

I agree. It's just like the excuse about the wet field for the Penn State game. I think saying they lost because they don't care is more embarrassing than losing and playing your arse off.
