This game will be really fun to watch. Who is everyone rooting for and why? I think LSU will win but it would be pretty damn funny to watch jj throw 4 ints, take 9 sacks, and watch lsu with comeback heroics just to watch miles frick up the late game clock management.

Chip Kelly v. Les Miles will be an interesting match-up, that's for sure. They seem to be inverses in ideologies, but equal in charisma and willingness to be aggressive and take chances.

Oregon wins. No question. They are only slightly better than us IMO, and we whipped the dog shite out of LSU.

Oregon, by 10.

Arkansas does seem to have LSU's number. It's almost expected for them to fall to the flagship.

Where does Oregon have an advantage over LSU worth 10 points? LSU's D will shut down their gimmicky offense and JJ will improve enough in the off season to keep the offense rolling.

Chip Kelly is not a good big game coach. He has made a name for himself in a down Pac10 and can't come close to filling the void USC left in that conference.

Be here in September to see the meltdown, all I can say about it really. Oregon wins.

What's the biggest OOC game Chip Kelly has won, serious question.

Lost to Boise St in 09 (I think), lost to OSU in the Rose Bowl, lost to Auburn in the MNC.

It takes a certain coach to prepare and execute against teams you don't see annually.

Les Miles on the other hand is impeccable against OOC competition.

Jerry World will have a huge LSU fan advantage. LSU has a better coach and a defensive edge. The only question is if JJ can improve in the off season and continue his late momentum from last year.

LSU by 10+.. There's way too much negativity around Oregon for them to have that normal "swag". Plus I think LSU will be pretty damned good this year.

I disagree.

Did you see how much bigger Auburn's players were on average than Oregon's players? All of Auburn's players were just as fast if not faster than Oregon's players on average despite them being bigger. Auburn was a 12-0 SEC champ, led by one of the greatest college football players of all time, yet Oregon lost by only 3 points.

This game is going to be close, I think LSU (the fanbase, hopefully not the team) is really underestimating how good Oregon can be. Hopefully LSU's offense has gotten their shite together because they are going to need 25+ points IMO
