I dont remeber LSU ever getting a number 1 recruiting class
The top talent in that state is great but theres not that many of them due to the small state. After the top ten recruits from LA they either have to bring in alot of their own 3 stars or try to go out of state.

The third best level of Good Programs have four national championships in Football
The bottom level has anywhere from 1 to 3 and 1/2
That puts LSU, Penn State. And Texas A&M all on the same level seeing how LSU doesnt have 4 full ones
