He's terrible. We don't have the best talent at LB, but LB has been a consistent problem for us under him.

Pretty solid LB coach IMO. His promotion to co-DC in 2008 was a disaster but he had to earn the job doing something right. One of the best recruiters in the country whose had roots in Louisiana and Texas for years.
