Texas is A&M's rival in the traditional sense of what a rival is. Dislike between schools does not make said schools rivals.
LSU's traditional rival, Tulane, opted out of that rivalry sometime just after WWII. LSU is left with no traditional rival.
The contending schools in SEC football are all "rivals" of sorts. Bama, AU, UGA, Tenn, LSU, and UF.

Actually, we say that Arkansas is not a rival, even with that ugly Golden Boot that they had made to try to create a rivalry. Nobody really gives a shite about Arkansas. They're like the parsley of the SEC, just kind of over there on the side of the plate.

You guys literally brag about rankings to fall short of expectations. Example baseball being #1 to wherever they are now. Or basketball being so hot, to suspending your coach for being shady and end up not advancing past the sweet 16 with that loaded team. I know wade wasn't there, but refer to my actual argument. I've seen other rankings the past two months where other LSU sports have declined. You guys are far from what you all eat up.

Also, excellent points.
Only time I realize Arkansas is in the SEC is whenever I take an extra 3 seconds to look towards the bottom of the standings.
