As far as I know, no one died as a result of that.

I think most people it will at least cause some serious introspection, they may not admit it at the moment you ask them, but at some point they will have to unpack it. I don’t know anyone that hasn’t had it happen to some degree, not doing it is probably a sign of psychopathy.

You sir, are correct.

You shouldn't let other people opinions get you so worked up. It's a tragedy 2 families will be changed forever. Please stop with trying to paint a majority of us because a few have made posts that you deemed unflattering. This the second time a LSU athlete has been involved in an incident that resulted in a death over the past 8 months.

This has happened a lot actually, and it oddly seems to involve ps4s alot. Doings transactions on Craig's list can be dangerous.

Use common sense, don't go alone, don't do it at night, do it in a public place, etc.

You make a good point. I’ve never heard of anyone getting shot over a Nintendo. PlayStation = Thug Console confirmed?

Exactly. I'm from Scotlandville but I don't go around there unless it's work related.

Good to know, having never been to the area “Scotlandville” sounds quite nice. That’s very deceptive. Should change that name ASAP.

I am pretty sure I was going to be robbed selling a tv on CL a few years back. Had a public meet up spot (Kroger) and when I got there he called and asked if I could come down the road. I headed that direction and it quickly became more secluded. I text him and said I can only meet at the Kroger and he never responded.

Yea that sounds sketchy as hell but that’s on you for agreeing to meet at Kroger in the first place. Should have gone with at least a Publix, if you could have got him at Whole Foods you could probably have robbed him.

A lot of stuff gets overblown in terms of danger these days, but Craigslist is one that you better be attentive and paying attention to or bad things can happen. Craigslist violence stories aren't just anecdotal, they are pretty common across the map.

sounds much more like a drug deal gone bad. But, obviously, I have no idea. Just seems fishy; Or an incredibly high crime area.
