Only Juicy Geoff can shut down Bo.

I know but they're only sophomores. They can and will make mistakes.
All corners make mistakes, but these are the best two guys we'll have started back there in awhile. The general idea is that our Dline and LB corps will be a lot more reliable this year.

Yeah, we have some high expectations. Hopefully we get Lucky and Harris, Fournette, and Dupre feel those gaps. I think LF will for sure, Quin and Dupre will be interesting and Harris has looked good so far, but we won't know for sure until he sees some games

Say what you want about his coaching, but DiNardo recruited well. The team Saban inherited was not devoid of talent.
you're actually right here. frustrating times.

As will our defense. Outside of 08 this is the most talent we've ever had on the defensive side of the ball. Where we don't compare and probably never will is the depth behind our starters.(although its much better than I anticipated)

As good as Mingo/Montgomery?
after the spring game, they should be better
Mingo is the best of the 4 imo, but Hunter and Rascoe have been in beast mode
eta SM underwhelmed me, so that's why I say this

Haven't we all? I'm not discounting what Harris could become eventually especially under cam but to expect him to replace ZM's production with new receivers and new RBs is a tad ridiculous
Any LSU fan that's claiming that Harris and LF will match what mett and hill did last year are delusional, but the upside is definitely exciting with these two guys. Most LSU fans seem to understand that the offense is going to be extremely talented but also extremely young and will make the same mistakes that all young players do. We also expect the defense to substantially improve from last year so these young guys shouldn't have to come in and be world beaters, only limit their mistakes.
Eta: most Of the rational LSU fans also seem to realize that 2015 and 2016 is the window to do something special. The team may have an outside shot at winning the division this year, but it's unlikely.

agree, BUT it is proven that freshmen can have instant impact at RB in this league.
Wisky will be a very telling game for our offense

Again, you have no idea who LSU has returning. Or stepping up
I do. I know LSU football slightly less than Ole Miss. I have lived in LA all my life outside of my 4.5 years in Oxford.

Can I name three?

Or name a WR that wasn't recruited last year.
Q Leslie is the only one worth mentioning.

I honestly think when it's their time, Harris, Fournette, Quinn, and Dupre, will finish stronger than Mett, Hill, Landry, and Beckham did, but that's not this year. We'll live and die by our defense this year.
I'm more interested in some of the other guys we have. The receivers Diarse, Dural, and Peterson, and our returning tight ends. They're in a position to produce early on, and could make the offense look more "complete".

LSU isn't going to be one dimensional just because all the dipshits on this website thinks they will be.
You are correct on this one. Y'all will be one dimensional because y'all have chopped liver at the QB position.

Wholeheartedly agree with this. Alabama and LSU will be back with a vengeance in 15

The Q Leslie reference proves you are clueless.
I give you credit for your name drop, but it still proved your ignorance.
