I didn't move shite. And you upvote yourself

You did. The argument went from uga’s defense not being good to UGA as a whole because of one loss. I also didn’t upvote myself. I’ll go upvote the post to show you the initial vote didn’t come from me.

That's been my narrative from the get go. UGA has THE worst loss in the top 10.

Clemson lost to Pitt and won a natty. Bama lost to Ole miss as did UF, both won natties. OSU lost to VT, etc. Keep pushing that narrative though I guess.

Nah dawg, if you have a bad game, you can't play well any other times either. Those must be made-up "facts."

I said winning/ranked, meaning either. Every team had winning records for the year. Ole Miss won the Cotton Bowl the Florida year.

How so? South Carolina is above KSU and USC in S&P+. KSU got up 25 points on OU, while UGA was always in their game. Southern Cal is currently a dumpster fire about to go through a coaching change. Also, none of this changes the fact UGA has more ranked wins and top 10 wins than OU, Oregon, and Utah. So which team deserves to be ahead of UGA?

You must be wrong about those ranked and top 10 wins that UGA has because they had a bad game where they lost in OT after uncharacteristically turning the ball over 4 times!

South Carolina is absolutely on the same level as Pitt, Syracuse, and Virginia tech in those years. South Carolina played arguably the toughest schedule in the history of college football, so it’s not surprising they’re struggling. It’s still a bad loss, but not worse than the ones I’ve listed and not worse than OU losing to KSU or Utah losing to USC.

lol yep. Haven’t even brought up the fact LSU won a natty after losing to Arkansas and Kentucky in the same season. I guess Arkansas and Kentucky were the real champs in 2007.

What about a team that loses to the team that lost to USCe? That would be embarassing... Hope that doesn't happen to a playoff contender, someone like LSU!

You were comparing how our offenses did against Auburn, do Florida now.

Ouch! Surely they were both top notch teams though?

funny because I watched uGA in person last year and they turned it over 4 times. Maybe it is the norm?

LSU scored on Florida. The point was that LSU has been slowed down by a good defense and UGA will be the best defense they’ve played up until this point. No one is saying UGA will completely shut them down. Just that LSU will be held below their season average.

Probably should assume so. 2 cherry-picked games, 1 of which is from a different year, is all the info you need to know how good a team is.

Win what? Championships? Well, they do since they have. Not sure how the past is relevant to the present though. Currently UGA is the only team besides bama to make the playoffs.

Undefeated in regulation in 07. Uga has the same claim to fame until Burrow goes in dry again
