One was also played on the road and the other at home. We’ve talked about it before because this subject keeps getting brought up ad nauseam. UGA won’t shut out LSU, but will probably hold them to under their season average, which UGA has done all season.

Oh so now you think it's ridiculous to ignore the circumstances of a game when using the stats from that game?

And yet its OK to ignore field conditions when someone brings up only scoring 23 against Allbarn

How ironic that you're calling other people delusional.

And I think any sane LSU fan expects this. LSUs average is pretty decent. But being held under their average might still be enough to beat UGA as even UGA fans have to admit, they are not the most high scoring on the planet. Maybe they can trade for Plumlee? An RPO QB will be more effective against LSU than a straight handoff to Swift. Fromm is just not a threat. I just looked at Fromm while typing this... 64.5 QBR. Holy shitzky!

Looking forward to a good game.

UGA has a chance to redeem itself. Until then you shouldn't be in top 4 with that loss. Sorry if you dont agree. But it's a really bad loss. Much worse than those you listed

UGA has more wins against top-15 teams than LSU, Alabama, Ohio State, and Clemson.....

Combined.

If UGA’s young receivers and Coley don’t step up, UGA will lose. UGA hasn’t scored 30 or more since the Tennessee game and UGA will most likely need at least 30 to win. Even if they go with a clock game plan, LSU will still get chances to score.

This can NOT be stated enough. Some people can ride UGAs Defenses collective dick all they want, but the fact is their D has faced NOfrickingBODY.

We’ve played 3 common opponents and our Big D has controlled the game in all of them lmao. Vandy/auburn/Fl. Soon to be A&M.

Again, that was the point of my post about LSU only scoring 23. I was responding to a ridiculous post with an extreme example along the same lines to illustrate the flaw.

Shite, let’s just cancel the game. No way UGA finds a way to beat the might Bayou Bengals.

Like LSU in 2007, UGA is undefeated in regulation. This shite matters.

Difference is, LSU beat some good teams that season.

Your homer is showing.
2007 was no better than 2019 UGA.
Probably worse (only 3 teams that were 4 loss or better. UGA could have as many as 5 this season).

LSU only faced 1 team with 3 losses or fewer in 2007. UGA could face as many as 3 this year.
