I guess since A@M fans DO NOT no what a good defensive player is, you would know with that talent LSU had in 2011 ANYBODY could of been a good defensive coach!!!

Chavis signed a contract that states he owes LSU $400K by leaving prior to Jan 31. Nothing more to it than that. Simple case.
And if the Aggies couldn't be relevant with their once-in-a-lifetime heisman winning QB, I'm not exactly shuddering at the thought of playing ya'll's busted-arse defense, run by a guy who lacks the basic wherewithal to understand documents that he signs.

Aren't Aggys all about honor and doing what's right? If that's so, shouldn't A&M put its money where its mouth is and pay the breach of contract it clearly facilitated.

Coach Chavis busted his butt for the LSU program ALL those years and forgot to take vacation. He had saved up 6 weeks, which he took from Jan 1 - Feb 14. Nothing to see here. Move on.....

Even you can understand that just because you are on vacation, that doesn't mean you can do what you like without repercussions. That dog won't hunt...
Chavis was less than honorable. A&M was less than honorable. If A&M doesn't pay up or have Chavis pay money owed, then you aren't as sanctimonious as you Aggys are so quick to have outsiders believe.
