Atlanta Falcons (2001–2006)
Defensive line coach

Denver Broncos (2007–2008)
Defensive line coach

New Orleans Saints (2009–2016)
Defensive line coach

Los Angeles Rams (2017–2018)
Defensive line coach

Taking over for meatball as he heals

If you look at the staff as a whole (analysts, assistants, collective brainpower)....LSU probably is most impressive in the conference

You guys need an impressive staff to make up for the crawdad at head coach.

That's your upper lip you're smelling. You've been getting a whiff of it since 2008.

Saban is looking at what O is building and is tossing and turning in his sleep

I saw Saban walk off that field last year after 29-0 and the look on his face was:

“Enjoy this while it lasts”

He knows 2019 is start of new paradigm

I'll take it. Gotta be better than having analyst Udeze coach for the season.

Nothing you can say will make Nick Saban any less of a midget

What's wrong with Saban. Is it just age, or are there other issues?

How could he let Josh Gattis get away? Does Michigan have more $$ for staff?

Why did he hire Sarkisian? Tua and Sark are already clashing over the scheme changes... Right?

I’m assuming this is the same Bill Johnson who coached at A&M under Slocum in the early 90s?
I always liked him.
Congratulations on the hire!

If you fought a man 8 times and in every one of them he kicked your tail, including 3 fights that you never landed a single strike, do you believe that man would fear you?

O couldn't handle the dline? He did so at USC and UT. They should make him pay this guy out of his K now that he just needs to be a cheerleader.

Dude coached for your team.

Saints fans didn't seem to like him. When he was fired from the Rams last season, they had a lot of negative things to say:

Saint Forum

quote:

Didn’t some of our players make comments to the effect that our new d line coach taught them far more than Johnson’s ever did?

quote:

Like Joe Vitt, he was one of those guys that seemed to underachieve for us. Between him and Vitt their units never seemed to reach their potential. We got rid of them and hired Nielsen & Nolan and our defense is performing much better. I know the talent level is better, but coaching has to have alot to do with it!

quote:

There was an Advocate article last year about how our guys never practiced pass rushing in practice under Johnson. The guys basically had to teach one another how to rush the passer at the NFL level. I guarantee you Johnson was just coasting off of Aaron Donald's talent the last two years.
