Well, LSU hired a MBB HC who took us from 2-16 in the SEC to 16-2 and an SEC Champonship...in 2+ years. We got a championship for a $2.5 mil salary and now bama is paying $5.5 mil to get rid of their overpaid HC.

Bama has made the Sweet 16 once in 25 years.
They have more wins in the NIT than the NCAA tournament all-time.
Alabama basketball is the poster child for mediocre. Keep making those “homerun hires” though. The NIT has to fill out their bracket somehow.
