Do you understand how preseason predictions work? On paper the rotation looked to be strong, but due to injuries predictions don't always come true.

The pitching fell apart due to injury. Otherwise, LSU would have been working with 6 SEC level weekend starters. Their rotation was never healthy all year and they still made a decent run.
