Woodward is from Red Stick and he went to LSU. Anyone who didn't see it as a strong possibility he would want to go home at some point wasn't paying attention.
Fisher was an assistant at LSU a very long time ago. He had a positive experience but he has no roots there.
I do find it funny though listening to LSU fans trash Fisher while talking about going after Napier who hasn't even won the Sun Belt.
