It really all just comes down to the influence of the REC btw. Bama recruits against LSU a lot so Coach Saban decreed from his presser that Georgia should have LSU's bowl, and what with the SEC offices being in birmingham and all, it was done. Really is nice having a first class booster organization like the REC and the SEC offices in our home city of Birmingham.

The problem is the SEC can only have two in the BCS games. You just eliminate all of the top teams in the BCS for the sake of Louisville (Big East) and the "little guy" who is going to lose money on the game in NIU. The bar should be set much higher for them to get in than it is.
