I personally don't. The guy was here and left. I appreciate what he did for the school and football program, but Coach Miles is our coach now.

I am fine with Coach Miles, but all of the rantards seems to think we need to fire him or he will leave for Michigan.

A simple yes or no.

If this thread were really meant for LSU fans, you would have posted it on the Tiger Rant.

There are enough fire Miles and who would you want to coach LSU if Miles goes to Michigan threads.

No.

I don't think you can go back. That never works.

And I don't think he wants to come back anyway.

It's hard to catch lightning in a bottle twice

Assuming another excellent coach were available instead I would say no

Yes. I would take him back. I love him and he loves me.

My only reason as well. At that point, I will become a distributor for straight jackets in Alabama.

I'm not a big "meltdown guy", but I might if that happened.

On a serious note - let's say hypothetically this happened - how in the holy phuck would you handle the PR nightmare?

Saban would have to throw Bama under the bus first and foremost, then what?

i think all the people saying "no" are secretly saying yes. and if not, then i'm really happy because if he ever DID end up there, then there would be a lot of bad blood for him there and it would never work out.

either way i'm good.

I mean, if it's between Saban and some bargain price coach, then yes. But the Saban at Alabama crap is only now starting to die down in the media, do we really want to extend this line of conversation another five years?

I can assure you I did not say no, I said yes. Not sure it would ever work out.

Although, bad blood is cleaned away real fast with wins. I would take fricking Ini Amin, snuffulfagus or that guy who is always waving to traffic by Sharlo if any of them could win the SEC.

this is just wishful thinking.. anything other than a vast majority of people saying YES here would result in his inevitable undoing there if he were to go back.

dissent is dissent. gotta have your fanbase BEHIND you like they are here with him.
