The original source for this came from a dude on Twitter with like 800 followers so it's definitely a desperate rumor.
That being said, I want this to happen solely for the biblical level meltdown that would hit this board.

No. Trying to get kids to live in BR.
I’m not kidding when I say BR is easily the biggest sewer in the SEC.
That’s not a slam against LSU, that just speaking truth to the city.

Hasn't historically ever hurt LSU's recruiting...

Right, because Columbia South Carolina is so much different
LSU has had two half wits win national titles and recruit top 5 classes with minimal effort, and the best retort you can come up with is “hurr durr Baton Rouge sucks.” Be better than that. It’s a lot easier to recruit to LSU than USC. Even USC fans know this.

Sounds like some NFL teams are strongly going to consider it.
I mean specifically as a college coach.
As weird as it may sound, I actually think Brady is more qualified to be an NFL head coach vs being a college head coach.
The GM will get him the players he wants.
In college, there's a lot more shmoozing. You have to recruit, and you have to mingle with the boosters.
In the NFL, you just have to put the right guys in the right situation, and keep them from wanting to punch you in the head.

Yeah but we wouldn’t have to play usc e every year
Brady might have been a better head coach choice than Beamer
Now if sark leaves and he goes to bama I might lose it but knowing Brady’s personality I don’t think he’d enjoy working for the process

There’s a big difference in beach traffic from Columbus and beach traffic from BR.
That’s just one example. Please don’t make me list all 16,347.

Why has LSU historically recruited much better than South Carolina then?

Maybe start with the reasons relevant to USC being easier to sell to a recruit than LSU

Obvious answer is obvious.
