Florida game laughing about other state's hicks is pretty hilarious. Go north of Orlando/Tampa, it's as backwards as anywhere I've lived. And I've lived in Florida, Louisiana and the Appalachians, all working in the construction industry. There's a reason there's a Wikipedia entry for the Florida Crackers.
