Having goals and accomplishing them are two different things. This team is improving every week, after last weekend I can definitely not say that is the same for many other teams at this point. They do have time to get better though. You guys are a great example after the rebound of your big loss at home, that truly should’ve never happened.

With all the upsets last week, they surely can’t say the same right now.

We're saying that there is no metric which proves that LSU's offense is elite.

You've ignored an advanced metric that proves this. You keep going back to points but there is more nuance behind what makes an offense elite.

Not that you have the depth of football knowledge to comprehend that.

LSU could lose their next 3 and be in full meltdown mode soon.

very true. arky could lose their next 3 and just be right where they and everyone else thought they'd be.

ps......going to arky in 2 weeks is going to be trouble

pss.....unless our D vastly improves, every remaining game is going to be trouble.

ADVANCED METRICS!!!!!!

Maybe.....just maybe....it's because the outcome of games aren't decided by advanced metrics. What determines the outcome of games? Please answer this question.

The guy who belligerently defended a quarterback who through 30 interceptions in a single season is trying to talk about "depth of football knowledge".

True. All shite talking aside, there’s no true front runner right now in the SEC or nation in my opinion. I think it’s anyone’s game and will probably come down to who has the least amount of injuries. Texas fans can go ahead and think they above everyone else but they aren’t and it will show soon. All I know is….GAME ON!

Yea and everyone knows that Furman, Middle Tennessee St, and Ga Southern are just defensive juggernauts.

Yeah as rough as letting Nichols score 3 TDs, USA and Bye…..

And that QB and their RB were playing through injuries all day against Ole Miss.

Dude just tell us you didn’t watch the game. Sellors showed NO signs of dealing with an injury. You just sound like a low IQ baby back bitch!

totally agree. It'll end up being someone like OSU taking it in the end. I think they're a pretty solid and complete team. Meanwhile, we're all going to beat each other into a pulp between now and then.

Okay. I'm not claiming LSU has a better defense or offense than Ole Miss. The question asked was if LSU had faced a defense at a similar level to Ole Miss's defense.

I simply said that SC has a defense at a similar level to Ole Miss based on the level of opposition those defenses have faced.

The funny thing is one team only let them score a FG and the other didn’t face their starting QB for over 1/2 the game……but let’s not let facts get in the way.

No one said LSU has played a better defense than ole miss. What was said was that LSUs offense has played tougher defenses than ole miss' offense has played. oh holy frick.

Jesus. If you exclude Furman it’s a wash at best on who has faced better defenses.

You know who has? UF and idk what they did to piss off the SEC office

Definitely. We've played much better(Kentucky) but also much worse defenses(MTSU/GA Southern) than LSU. It kind of washes out when we're discussion season rankings.

I bullshite you not, the only thing on our defense that is a weakness is our DB’s. Yes, that gives you a good chance. I didn’t say you wouldn’t win the game. but you are crazy if you don’t think this offense can be elite. There are weapons literally everywhere. But, you guys clearly know more about them than us

Dude not a damn player in your front 7 would make our 2 deep…..let that sink in!

That’s a reach. That’s like me saying Tre Harris would be on LSU’s sideline.

until shown otherwise, our front 7 is fricking stout. It's just a damned shame that Princely is unlikely to play for the next few weeks.

It's very likely the best front 7 we've ever had.

Name one player that would beat out the 2 deep of Ole Miss front 7. With Guillory and Perkins out for the year I can’t think of anyone who would.
