Very meth head hillbilly with a touch of hollowed out rust belt Midwestern.

It'll be like you never left.

It was a pretty good atmosphere for a night game and leading up to game.
LSU rolled in that game though so it probably made it a little more tame afterwards.
No problems whatsoever.

It's like anywhere else, if you look for trouble you will probably find it.

West Va and VA Tech are so difficult to get to though from a travel perspective. That was the only negative to me.

A year ago my posting privileges were suspended there during a basketball game for no reason at all.

How do I regain posting privileges there????

FYI - Auburn and Mississippi State have also played up there in the last 10 years. The Auburn game was a Thursday night, however, so they had a smaller contingency go I think.

nightlife sucks. Rocktop Bar or Bent Willy's for college aged fun.

The fans we saw were all great, tons of fun and very welcoming. That might have been a bit influenced by the fact that when we were up there they were lobbying hard to get into the SEC. Now that y'all have taken that spot instead of them, it might not be quite as nice . . .

But the people were gracious as could be. We had a horror story of a trip from DC (WAY tl;dr to post here), but several WVU fans went above and beyond to help get us all there.

Good luck, have fun, and GEAUX TIGERS!
