If you want to see a national championship trophy without 40 years of dust on it, its about a 9 hour drive to Baton Rouge.

Yep, I agree fully...

Trust me, I know... been alive for Bear and Saban…

Anyone outside of bama fans would be ecstatic with what LSU fans have experienced since 2000.

Matter of timing and perspective... Had you asked me this question in 2007, I would have been jealous of what LSU managed to accomplish at that point...

You can see a couple in Clemson or stop in Tuscaloosa and see a bunch...

True. 2000-2007 was an incredible ride.

They are about to get a lesson on what a real decline looks like.

No, only internet Trolls have predicted that. As long as Nick Saban is coach, Alabama will be in the hunt. LSU fans overwhelmingly understand this. However, other schools have adjusted and caught up to Bama, more and more schools have updated their offense, it is just the ones that have the talent to compete with Alabama took a while (LSU) or still haven't done so (UGA) fully.

UGA fans think they are ALWAYS on the top of the mountain!

I live in GA and believe me they never let up. On sports talk yesterday they were talking about their transfer QB Newman being a favorite for the Heisman!

I kid you not, this is the way they think and the way they feel about their program.
