shite season but he walked into a dumpster fire.
The "dumpster fire" Charlie Strong walked into:
2011 Class - 4th in the nation
2012 Class - 2nd in the nation
2013 Class - 17th in the nation
His 2014 Class was 17th in the nation
The "dumpster fire" that Tom Herman walked into:
2014 Class - 17th in the nation
2015 Class - 10th in the nation
2016 Class - 7th in the nation
His 2017 Class was 25th in the nation

The Longhorn locker room is a wreck right now. Starters transferring out left and right.

No I enjoy the attention.
Maybe an actual discussion can be had.
1) OL gets better with age like wine.
A man's body at 19'is not as developed as it is at 22.
Meaning that once these OL go through another year of weight training they will be much better.
2) Everyone who is leaving on Defense has a replacement. Ford and Elliott for sure. Most likely Jefferson.
3) Texas has the best secondary class maybe in the history of college football coming in.
The WR class if it can pull in Marshall may be one of the best classes in history.
4) Texas at 6-6 is very similar to
2007 Alabama
2016 Georgia
A lot of close losses. Those close losses usually turn into wins the second year.
Now in regards to A&M.
If the coaching search last longer than expected meaning into next week don't you think that will hurt your recruiting class this year.
If you hurt your class this year won't that mean that next year's team will not be as good.
Both of your main rivals will be getting better next year in Texas and LSU so whoever takes the job at A&M will be behind the 8 ball.
Keep on worrying about Texas it lets everyone know who your Daddy is.

Wow, I’m not shocked though, Horn reporters are saying the locker room is toxic and that the team hates Herman
Posted on 11/28/17 at 4:26 pm to rbWarEagle
Like the preason top 3 team he had this season?
^ in regards to "what if Jimbo struggles," not Herman. Jimbo, at least once, has failed with talent. We'll see on Herman, he'll have some serious talent in a few seasons

Not even near the truth
Gifted the kstate win and Iowa State win
The ONLY reason bowl eligible is due to a weak Baylor team which has been dominating horns

Herman is putting together Texas is best recruiting class in years

Lol, highest ranked isn’t “best” horn recruiting experts say it’s a horrible class, no positions of need are addressed

Kirby went 8-5 his first year.
Bust.
Overrated.
Fire him.

Keep hoping against hope that that is right

What are these position of need?
If someone says OL they do not know football.

No one on this site gives a frick about the sips so stop interjecting your shite into everything. Again why do you care about A&M every second of every day?

I don't think Herman would have been a good fit at LSU. BUT, regardless of his record in year one he seems to be recruiting his arse off. you've been around a long time Sarge and surely you know what that means. maybe you're glasses are a bit maroon, huh?
