So their grades were so embarrassingly bad from last year they are still suspended this year? Are they so stupid they have to be reminded to breath?

LSU actually punishes athletes for doing wrong. Not like bama that contributed to the death of a young woman and her dog because a certain WR felt he was above the law after getting away with everything in college.
