Auburn is not the only chop blocking team as it turns out.

Yep. We heard all week about how Auburn loves to chop block. Beautiful.

TECHNICALLY, he was cut before he was engaged but only by a nut hair. I'd be pissed too if I were y'all though.

That was an obvious and probably intentional chop block.

Looks like the OG was supposed to cut him, and the DT was in the middle of trying to engage the C who was backing up to avoid it becoming a blatant chop.

Pretty borderline.

Auburn and Arkansas are still the dirtiest choppers in the conference.

Please provide some evidence.

I honestly don't think anyone that plays football at an SEC level would intentionally chop block someone with the intent to injure. These guys work their asses off and know those guys they're going up against do to. I just don't believe it.

It's almost always a mix up in communication, which is probably what happened for the LSU OL. One guy goes low and the DT is already headed toward the guy next to him. Technically it's a chop block, but it was probably unintentional. I think 99% of the time, this is the case.

This play has been debated at length by Lsu fans trying to figure out what the confusion was. Now we know it was simply who was to be chopped.

Not really. The center is backing up NOT engaging. I'm going to capture that screen for you in a sec.
