My guess is they have proof of Kiffin not only tampering with NFL rosters, but also collusion for those players to sue the SEC. That is the only thing that seems serious enough

There would be a LOT of viewers in Louisiana. Advertising, alone, during that broadcast would cover NIL for a few years.
Hell, it would cover NIL in the Sunbelt for decades.

If they had the proof it would be in the amended suit. What’s the purpose of suing someone and leaving out information that would help your case?
