What?

You telling me Bama only has two scholarship RBs?

They also have freshman Jalston Fowler, who i expect to be in the mix b/c of the loss of Demetrius Goode

that's why it's purely speculation and opinion now

So your "opinion" is TR will get hurt and LSU will have a better run game?

Oh...and LSU DBs are not better than Bama.

LSU and Bama are in fact identical.

They both are on a level below the flagship.

We both have to accept our new roles.

These are the facts...and they are indisputable.

Do explain

I could see giving bama the slight edge there, but not by much..i think Ware will be top 5 rusher in the SEC this year

Yeah, I think he's that good..And i also think trent will lead the SEC in rushing since the tide will rely more on their ground game b/c of the young qb(s)

Bama has better DB's, a better DB scheme and a better defensive coach...although LSU has some talent, I like Simon over Trex, its not the complete package...

As much as I see Ware doing work, running the ball is what Bama does...we don't know what the frick lsu be doin..

We have four scholarship RB's and possibly Blake Sims. Injuries and transfers have definitely hurt the depth a bit.

Well, then i would have to do a post-season analysis..the season hasn't kicked off yet..

Exactly, which is why you saying we're tied at RB because Trent may get hurt is a stretch. I think he's going to have an outstanding season. I also think one of our QB's will finally break the mold of having a "game manager" under center at UA and will shock some people with the plays they make that GMac wasn't capable of.

LSU's D-line and bama's D-line are a TIE(IMO) Dunno yet

Bama has the big edge on LBers Agree

LSU has the edge on DB's Disagree

LSU Run Game & Bama Run Game--TIE The answer is No

Yep. Y'all still hung up on one play. In the 2010 FBS rankings the Bama defense was 3rd overall, averaging 13.5 allowed points per game. Every one of them comes back, except Dareus.

ETA: LSU was 11th overall, averaging 18.2 points allowed. You lost your defensive leader, your best corner, and your best d-lineman.

LSU will be running it. its pretty well known that is what we will do. We should do it well considering despite the worst qb to ever play the game we still won 11 games and had a 1000 yard rusher i think we will be ok.

people are over looking the lines when talking about these teams. The LSU line as of now is in better shape than the bama line.

both dlines and dbs are splitting hairs on which one people think is better.
