LSU is known for taking their foot off the gas. I'm gonna need whiskey for the 2nd half.

Absolutely. We probably don't want to get up by too much and then try to coast. But, Maryland does at least match us physically in size so maybe we won't take a lead lightly.

Exactly.

We are putting on a clinic in the paint right now though.

Maryland will bring this down to like 7-9 points at halftime. They'll start knocking some down.

LSU can't let off the gas in the second half, though.

Maryland's poor shooting is helping them on their offensive boards

Reid has tried to do too much with his last two touches. A long out of rythym 3 up 15 and a dribbling spin move out past the FT line up 12. Run the offense.

He looks weird shooting the 3 too, but he hits those more often than not.

He's built for ATR, but yeah, he can shoot long distance when he's on.

Maryland just can't make a shot and LSU's offense is clicking.

What a dumb fricking shot by Smart. A 3 off the dribble with a 12 point lead with a lot of time left on the clock. We fell asleep in the last 90 seconds.

9 point lead for LSU at half.

Gotta prevent Maryland from coming out on fire in the beginning of the 2nd half.

In typical fashion, we let them come back some at the end of the 1st, so we'll probably let them catch up in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd.
