Do you think JJ, Lee, or Mettenberger are better than Wilson or Mallett in terms of raw talent?
Not for Mallett, but possibly Wilson
For instance, I think JJ under Petrino would've done better than Wilson under Miles

nice attempt atleast

Regarding field goals that NFL kickers can't make consistently as automatic points is delusional.

So he played himself?

that was actually pretty heady from Mett. Didn't see that coming

Made something out of nothing but I think Mallett was more mobile than Mett.

frick why is halftime always shorter than you think it will be
Posted on 10/20/12 at 1:20 pm to Drewbie
Any kick around 45 or longer is difficult for college kickers. Only the elite NFL guys make those consistently.

4x3=12. LSU didn't screw away 12 points. Live in denial if you want to, but anyone who watched the game at all knows Alabama had more success moving the football. Just couldn't make the field goals. I'm completely unbiased and really don't care, but LSU fans acting like they were superior to Bama on that night are just delusional.
I just don't believe you actually watched the game if you feel this way. Whatever, though. It's far in the past at this point and its not like anybody is changing their opinion on the issue a year later.

quote:Interesting way to look at it. There's no doubt JJ would have been a better pocket passer, but from the way he handled Brandon Mitchell, it looks like Petrino doesn't really do much with dual-threat QB's. I don't even want to think about Wilson had he been developed under Les lol.
I think JJ under Petrino would've done better than Wilson under Miles

Whew. Luckily Logan finished that play

Manziel will run from a nice pocket. Needs to fix that and step up. In it.
