Not to be a douche but that should be a delay of game penalty. You cant throw the ball up in the air after a big play.

WTF? It didn't look like he lowered his helmet. It looked like the Duck player ducked and his head just naturally dropped.

First time I have ever saw someone get called for leading with their helmet that didnt actually hit their target with their helmet.

That was a bullshite penalty. He didnt even hit the guy with his helmet ffs. Thats like charging a guy for theft for going to steal something and finding out its not even there.
