It's not how you start, it's how you finish.

“Nothing to play for except pride” should be 8&4’s motto.

Yes, LSU still contolls their destiny. Clemson, on the other hand, has no hope. No way are they getting in as a one loss team with a 3 TD loss to Duke on their resume.

No team that lost their last game has ever won a championship.

This isn’t true. Ohio State won the CFB Playoff after losing their opener to Va Tech. I think that was the first ever playoff.

Ohio State in 2014 beat Navy in their first game. The loss to Virginia Tech was the second game.

Yikes.

Which is funny. I thought it was simply a mulligan for some schools in the Big 10, little 12 and and former Pac 2

You know…I was willing to quit gloating over LSU’s utter humiliation on Sunday night…but LSU’s obsession with all thing Aggie, sure makes it hard not to.

Lol…everyone in the country saw LSU QUIT and slink off the field the second half of the arse whipping at FSU. Tell everyone again about playing for pride? It’s awfully early in the season for LSU players to start sitting out the season to “save” themselves for the NFL like they have so often in the past.
