'Cease and desist' sounds like "My feelings are hurt and i'm going to launch bogus litigation against you as punishment". If all this guy did was inhabit a twitter timeline, then this is really weak. If there were threats or something then I understand, but that doesn't seem like the case given this is a cease and desist.

I've been given almost a hundred of what amount to cease and desist orders from SEC Rant, I keep posting. They are just suggestions; you can take the suggestion or choose to ignore it.
In my case, I've never been anything but a respectful, honest and friendly poster who reaches out across the aisle to posters of all SEC teams in camaraderie.
I know several people who don't have driver's licenses but they still know how to drive just as good as anyone else.

In his defense, he was just flirting with Texas posters who are almost all gay. He thought it was a quick way to gain access to the Texas board.
