This is not the case in any major college sport. In the past few years, there has been at least one national champion across each major sport that didn’t win their conference.
Making the playoff/tournament is the first step. Only step after that is to not lose

Nope! It’s all by design to go ahead and have these issues now rather in March. We could go .500% rest of the and still make the tournament as a 3 seed.
But LSU thought! Y’all won’t even get in it to the basketball invitational. You can watch us on TV in mid March though. One thing is for is that UT is LSU daddy in the big 3 men’s sports.
