He is actually. Oldschoolhorn is a good guy and if every Texas fan was like him we'd gladly welcome the Horns into the conference.

He's defending his school so I give him a pass on this.

Big 12 has some great teams and some crappy teams, like every other conference.

Great teams
Oklahoma

Good teams
texas

Crappy teams
Baylor (only good when raping)
Iowa State (love the fans but the football is bad)
Kansas State (give love to the Wizard but he gone)
Oklahoma State (maybe top of the crap, but still crap)
Kansas (haha, this is football, not basketball)
TCU (solid G5, but still not sold they are top G5 material)
Texas Tech (haha, football, are they elite in any sport)
West Virginia (poor bastards, but too many things dragging them down)

Come on dude, lots of BS in this place but even you have to admit you are over selling B12 depth! With Nebraska, Colorado, Texas A&M, and Missouri I buy it, but not now.

Lots of great OOC games on the docket.

Getting better, ButterTooth turned that OOC to butter by the end but good to see somebody is at least working to build it back up. texas is still no OOC scheduler the way the Sooners do.

quote:

Control our own playoff destiny.

More like if the Sooners fail too win, texas can sneak in the CFP discussion. Between a choice of say texas and Notre Dame for that last CFP spot, I would not hold my breath in austin.

I know you are trolling for the hell of it, but when you make statements like that what are you trying to convey. Some of the folks under 30 have lost the ability to communicate effectively and you appear to fall in this group.

Also, some folks have great positions like being in the negotiating table in the .... room. Like you say you were.

But all of a sudden, your name is cheese grits, posting pics of half naked men talking about banging old ladies......or

You’re lying to me, your boy old sarge and everyone here, whom you want respect from.

This is what I keep saying about the 7 to 8 aggy losers on TIGERDROPPINGs, Stop begging for respect, it often has the opposite result.

How is this...

I am old and retired

In my former life I worked for some of the richest folks in the USA and world. That and 50 cents will buy me a cup of coffee today. That does not change the fact that while I will never be rich or famous, I was front row to lots of historical people and events back then. I was the proverbial "fly on the wall" for a good half a century or more, but I was still just the fly.

I was born and spent most of my life in the south and have consumed a whole lot of cheese grits in that time. I also learned how to make them and other old folks say my grits are pretty damn good.

Thanks Old Sarge for reading it. I might post more, be on since 2012 but don't post much or have not in the past. More of the lurker type. But sometimes you read, what turned out to be 2 stupid posts, the OP and the response by the Bama poster and you feel compelled to respond.

So now,
quote:

I don’t need to read it, I was in the room.

Becomes

quote:

I was working a room in the summer of 2006 up north for some B1G BoD folks and was able to overhear the discussions on adding Notre Dame or Nebraska to the B1G and getting a CCG. While this was not being in the room for the discussions for B12 schools to the PAC, it was years before that. Hence, Nebraska to the B1G in 2006 was before B12 to the PAC in say 2008 or 2009.

Then this

quote:

How is this... I am old and retired In my former life I worked for some of the richest folks in the USA and world. That and 50 cents will buy me a cup of coffee today. That does not change the fact that while I will never be rich or famous, I was front row to lots of historical people and events back then. Men of the rant........we have a liar in the room.

One who embellishes so much in a short sentence at the beginning , then gets wordier and wordier is what we call a liar..........just to get respect.

Cheese grits=exposed.

Trying to disprove the other guy then going silent on your end is pretty standard deflection.

What your story?

Are we getting another deflection?

Dude, you want the name and address my three sons go to school, as well?

Want pics?

Tell me how would i trust a man that says he was in to room of a huge negotiation, only to find out he was the eavesdropping janitor?

How many more times will your story change? You wanted to appear important, by saying you were in the room, now reduced to a liar on tigerdroppings.

Something is amiss here.......it’s you, dude.

ETA
Call that a deflection all you want, but you’ve entered “creepy”.
You better call in driveby or old sarge, or anyone that doesn’t care about their reputation to come in and defend you.

Sarge,
Your boy is a perv, liar and a liberal nutcase........birds of a feather.

When men lie this much, they get exposed because they’ve forgotten about what they lied about in the first place.

Not healthy.

Still deflecting.

quote:

Tell me how would i trust a man that says he was in to room of a huge negotiation, only to find out he was the janitor?

If I was a janitor in the room, I am still IN THE ROOM, so it is not a lie.

Look my Nana lived between the Civil War and Moon Landing, and I respected her enough to listen to her life and learn. Education like that is first hand and not some edited wiki page. The texas poster knew I was talking reality about Ohio in the 70's because he could tell I was saying things not in the history and known only by one who was there at that time. Seems you would troll your grandma or call her a liar because it was not on Google Earth or Wiki. Maybe you are dumb but if you are smart it is classic deflection of your own short comings.

quote:

So now a:

Liar

Wants my biography? Fukin weirdo.

Dude, you want the name and address my three sons go to school, as well?

Want pics?

So now you go overboard to deflect, no wonder Sarge is making so much fun of you.

I am not looking for your life story or contact info, just what you bring to the table to indicate you have any clue about what you are actually mumbling about.

quote:

I don't give a crap of what others think, this is an anonymous message board. In the real world I know who I know and I know who knows me - tho lately they have been dropping like flies because they are old too.

Maybe I really did bang his granny. I was living in SWC territory back then and I did take some liberties in austin with some of the locals, who knows. Would be funny tho.

Yeah, inflation!

You could buy a Coke for a nickel for about 60 years straight and they still made money hand over fist. Kids today have no clue what different lives they could live if they got off their computers and demanded better prices and services.

Probably 5 bucks for a Starbucks which is some of the worst coffee you can buy. It was so bad and cheap the cocaine cowboys used it to ship dope to throw the dogs off.
