The offense played like shite on the road against the #1 team in the country and still only lost by 14. Don’t try to compare Oregon and Clemson. A&M’s defense is for real and so is freshman RB Spiller. If Mond plays a decent game Auburn is going to get boat raced.

Spiller had 24 yards against Clemson and A&M got a trash TD late. AUs D is every bit as good as Clemson’s.

Objectively, I would favor the Aggies.

I don’t think Mond is THAT bad, but he’s going to need a few favors from Auburn’s defense via some blown coverages and the like.

I think A&M has a pretty good defense. Elko has done a great job with that unit.
Question is which Mond shows up. He is too inconsistent to even predict.
Auburn isn't exactly world beaters on offense either. It will be a tight game, should be a fun one.
