I think we've had 3 threads on this in the past day?

Although, it's not nearly as big time as Arky's 4 conference wins in the past 3 years.

Deflect all you want, but that's inexcusable.

I don't like it at all.

This type of scheduling looks similar to what a school that loses to Indiana at home would have.

Oh wait.

I've been busy and haven't followed it- just now seeing it. Your AD should get fired over that nonsense.

It also looks similar to what a school who has won back to back division titles would have

Looks similar to the type of schedule that the back to back SEC East champions would have.

Isn't this where I go in and say 34-0?

Maybe they want the excuse they couldn't use with Indiana.

"But it was a road game, hostile environment and whatnot."

LOL, we just hired a new AD this year. All of those games (besides MTSU) were scheduled by the prior AD.

Here is a post I made on one of the other 100 threads on the subject

I don't like the games, and agree that this is not something "top" programs do often. We've made a habit of it for some reason.

I see two possible scenarios.

1. We are cheap. We don't want to buy home games so we schedule these roadies to lower tier schools to avoid it. If that's the case, I don't like it.

2. Pinkel wants these games. He wants to prepare his teams for an environment away from home before we have to go on the road in SEC play. In this case, it's pretty hard to argue with our road record.

It's all about exposure. Mizzou is still trying to develop their brand for recruiting purposes. It is embarrassing, but we need to create awareness for our product.

It was a grit and grind mind meld between Quintana and I.

Looking for harder venues since we haven't had any trouble at Neyland or Sanford.

Or the age old injury excuse you guys used when you lost to the team that lost to Indiana last year.
