Years when my son and I went, there's quite a few different groups of fans from teams not currently in Omaha. It's just what they do. They were fun, welcoming folks in the tailgate

Those fans aren’t from Baton Rouge , I’d bet 90 percent aren’t anyway.

My neighbors across the street (in BR) have season tickets they get every year to the MCWS. I only have known them since 2013, but they said they first went in 1996 and have been every year since then.
