El Ellis was not the problem last year. He was asked to play so many minutes and do so much. Ellis, with a competent head coach, will thrive.

I wasn't impressed with El Ellis at all last year but Arkansas has nothing to lose by taking a chance on a guy.

Turrible hire. Just turrrible. Love the guy but I couldn’t believe it when his name came up. A program with that much history hiring a guy who never led a team? Pathetic. Even if he turns it around it was an abysmal hire.

Evaluating transfer players is literally what Muss is known for. Hence all the portal contacts, because other coaches knew how good his evaluations were he had to start throwing people off.
