You'll lose to either MSU or Auburn and wind up playing in the Citrus Bowl. Then we can discuss your decline.

I had no personal vendetta against Bama fans until I joined this site. You are the absolute worst.

That game was for upset purposes only... people are still saying to Bama "who have you beaten?" That's why tDecline is sincere... when beating LSU in Life Valley at night means zilch.. yes.. it is the sincerest of declines..

You are getting no credit for it because LSU looked like the better team and the committee knows that....along with anyone else that has eyes. Next time try and beat us convincingly and maybe you will get the results you want

Bama and LSU play right into each other's hands. Both have great defenses and serviceable offenses. It's hard for either team to create a lot of separation on the scoreboard. The best tactic for Bama has proven to be the ol' "rope-a-dope".
Let LSU throw haymakers the whole game until they run out of gas and then knock them the frick out.

So if that happens, playing in perhaps the top NON-BCS bowl is a bad thing?

The Winner? 8-1, 4 in a row, #5 in the CFPO poll, #3 in the coaches and #4 in the AP

Well, if the refs hadn't interfered you wouldn't have beaten LSU anyways. Maybe you should try being grateful.

It did serve to put some doubt in people's minds which is human nature. The "What-if" game is not only played out by the losing team and their fans but by any honest observer of a sport. That being said, there is no lack of respect for the LSU victory by the Tide. Simply look at the fact that LSU is the highest ranked 3-loss team and you know they draw great respect. The Tide's ranking has more to do with the fact that LSU is their biggest victory of the year and they have two huge games coming up. Those ranked ahead of them all have multiple top 25 wins. Win out, and the ranking will take care of itself.
