Good luck when the NCAA now hammers you for tampering with Dabo's players out of spite...

how stupid is this comment. Out of all the things the ncaa is terrible at, this issue is very much justifiable for them to fight against. It's ridiculous and needs to stop, no matter if it helps my team or not.

If the NCAA is smart, they'll accept the ruling and work on standardizing medical RS requirements across all levels so that they don't run into this again.

Doesn't matter, we'll all just file locally and make the rules whatever we want them to be.

This is way bigger than Ole Miss. We're about to see medical redshirts for the stomach flu going forward. College football is fricked.

1 Level 2 violation. And if they do, we can just go to court and say they are preventing a player from earning the most money possible, therefore hurting that student athlete.

Yeah, they want that smoke I’m sure

No, once he’s granted an injunction, he’s considered legally eligible to play. If the NCAA were to win an appeal after the season, he would just be ineligible going forward, although in this case it wouldn’t matter since he’d be out of eligibility.

Yes, courts are known to expedite cases like this that could harm college athletes
