BBQ is pork not BEEF. BBQ Ribs are pork not BEEF.
Pork is pulled not sliced.
You don’t slather a bunch of BBQ sauce on the meat while it is on the grill and call it BBQ. That is a BIG ugggghhhh.
Great BBQ is all in the preparation.
Texas people need learn that. I understand that they think beef is the be all, end all. Fine and dandy.
But please learn what real BBQ is.
PORK not beef. Chicken is grilled as well but please don’t throw BBQ sauce on it at the end and call it BBQ. Again the prep is the key.,
You may now return to your regularly scheduled program.
