No we aren’t. Orgeron fricked LSU and Saban fricked Alabama. It’s about as clear cut as it gets. What we aren’t going to do is play into your narcissistic narrative that somehow Bama has it worse.

Not really.

You seem very ignorant of the entire situation, which adds up when we consider that you didn't even realize players could transfer after a coaching change.

Alabama could've hired a better coaching staff

I honestly like this coaching hire. Saban could have retired when portal opened but what Coach would be available and what kind of buyout would Bama have to pay. If DeBoer is your target he had a contract sitting on his desk for a while he wouldn’t sign. Kiffin was just not a possibility. He burned a lot of bridges in Tuscaloosa.

I think it's a good hire, you just can't expect to retain your players when you hire a coach and staff who have little to no connections to your players.

Here's the thing. No one outside of your fan base gives a shite. Ya'll have been stacking #1 recruiting classes on top of each other for 17 years. I don't care how good your coach is. You don't do that EVERY SINGLE YEAR unless you are cheating your arse off. It's impossible. We know it. You know it. Anyone with a functioning brain knows it. Saban did it the first year he was at Alabama and it continued from there. I don't give a damn about Alabama fans shite talking over the years, but don't expect any other fan bases to have sympathy for your current predicament after 17 years of paying players and stacking the deck against the rest of the country. Your roster is still going to be better than 99% of college football after the portal closes.

What a cry for help!

Was their one decent Tide fan when LSU fans wanted some consideration? Maybe.

But it wasn't you.

Are they COMPLETELY different problems?

LSU lost their coach, and subsequently half their roster.

Alabama lost their coach, and subsequently half their roster.

You don't even know the meaning of "completely different".

I should have definitely known about this rule from back when LSU had the 30 day special portal to fight against

Serious question..

If the rules were EXACTLY the same as when Ed was fired, what scenario would Alabama be dealing with right now? What teams could offer money and cars to Alabama players and for how long?

The portal would still be open.

It used to last 60 days vs just 30 now.

Alabama fans have been complete and utter arrogant shite bags toward lsu fans and other fanbases for 17 years and are now wanting sympathy?

It's a dumb strawman because the SEC rule was the same.

Other than Ricks, what players were left worth anything after two non winning seasons that transferred?

I’m not arguing this either way, other than to say LSU didn’t have many talent players to lose compared to Alabama.

I would say the exact same players Bama finds unable to keep now.
