And it's not like Georgia just improved to being this powerhouse that replaced Alabama. You know why everyone thinks the SEC is down? Because Georgia isn't able to do what Alabama did.

I mean, you don't know that, right? I mean we have won two National Championships in the last 4 years. Sounds like a pretty good start to me.
Chances are we won't win another one this year...but what if we do? 3 in the last 5 years is pretty good.

Because you just aren't as elite as Alabama was and you never will be with all the new crap. Florida won a few national championships back in the 2000s, LSU did as well. But the most dominate time for the SEC was during Alabama's dynasty with them at the top most years and multiple other teams up there.
We were best top to bottom and now we're best over all, but not at the top. Still best from mid top to bottom.
I think you have pretty good chances. I'm not buying the Big10, they all played weak schedules.

Don't get riled by all the Georgia trolls. You ought to see what some of them say on our board. You would think they are Florida or GT fans in disguise.
For the record, I don't think we will be as dominant as Alabama was. Not even close. But we don't really need to be. If we can win another 3-5 titles in my lifetime I will be happy...thrilled. More than that, and i might stroke out.

Honestly you Bama fans need to realize that we aren't a rival of yours.
We don't particularly care about you outside of how the game impacts the season... same as we do with LSU or Texas . You're just a good team we play sometimes.
For rivals like Auburn, GT or Florida, a loss is a big deal simply because it's to a rival. Bama isn't that.
Losing to Bama in the playoffs hurts. I remember that in 2017. But if it had been another team it would have felt just as bad. Beating Bama to win a national title felt great. But it felt just as good when we took TCU to the woodshed.
Neither game against Bama this year has meant much. If we face a third time... it will. But there isn't any kind of fixation with beating bama for UGA. We just want to make it to the playoff and then win it.

I don't like playing Oklahoma because of your uniforms. I am constantly fricking it up on who is who. I gotta learn to pay more attention to helmets.
