has there ever been a SEC fanboy who didn't predict Bama would destroy Clemson in a game. lol

it is crazy how much fans of other SEC fans do free marketing for Bama football. lol

it is so predictable shortly after Clemson beats a SEC team, SEC fanboys pop up to say Alabama would beat Clemson easily.

Fromm would light them up too. Clemson aint shite unless they fix that. Boom gave us a blueprint, but he just didn't have the defense to pull off the win.

I’m laughing too. We sucked defensively last night. We were exposed the same way Pitt exposed us in 2016 at home (believe we won the Natty that year if I recall). Yet every team -including Bama- has had a poor defensive performance this year. No team can claim a dominant Defense no matter how much SEC fans harp on their conference’s defensive prowess. Bottom line is offenses rule CFB today and a hot QB is virtually unstoppable given today’s PI and targeting rules. We’ll see who’s defense steps up in the playoffs. All it may take is one defensive stop per half to win it this year.

No shite Clemson had the most yards ever. Our entire defense was out with injuries and Dabo put his starters in with less than a minute to run up the score

i don't see what your basis for that is. Who has Alabama beat.

wasn't the citadel in the game with alabama at the half.

alabama basically never plays a team in the SEC with balance running and passing the ball and balance offense and defense.

Bama steamrolled an SEC schedule. If they didnt play anyone, then nobody did. Clemson could beat them, but it would be a big upset.

clemson played them on the road early in the season, when there was no tape on what Jimbo would do with that team.

What is the best passing QB that Bama has faced this year?

Tillman the bad news is that if Clemson doesn't fix their issues in coverage. Tua will throw for 600+ and Bama will score 70+. The good news is that they will have a month to correct it. No way Clemson would've been able to keep up with Bama last night.

The 2 best teams Clemson played this year (A&M and Carolina) had 400 and 500 passing yards respectively

bama would have never been in the same formations as SC last night. lol

do you ever watch football?

the idea that b/c SC had some passing yards last night means Alabama would have beat Clemson and Clemson has 'major issues' on defense is so stupid.

one of your homer assumptions is Clemson won't be able to score on Bama.

Clemson had more yardage against SC than any team ever, I believe. A backup intercepted Bentley. I think the fog was the big factor in SC's last touchdown but the game was out of reach at that point anyway.
Yall’s offense was incredible but I think you’re burying your head in the sand a little with that passing defense. SC went out and carved that secondary up from their first possession until the very end. SC’s passing game is pretty solid so that’s no huge failure but the foundation showed a crack last night for sure.

Busted coverages and not covering tight ends, receivers getting behind db;s, and giving up 500 yards passing to a pedestrian qb, and you don't think there is problem to fix before you face Tua?

i didn't see that game. As i've pointed out one of their big passing plays was a bad pass interference play and they caught several balls that were deflected or low probability catches.

did you forget those Clemson offense put up a lot of yards against Alabama?

alabama won that first year mostly due to poor special teams play by Clemson, not Clemson's defense.

i think Clemson losing in playoffs is more likely to be due to special teams than defense. lol the punting hasn't be that good.

Its expected, SC fans ride Bama's coattail more than any other SEC team.
