Oh obviously I don’t disagree with that. But leaning out to a pitch should be the same as leaning into a pitch. If a pitch isn’t going to hit you where you are standing it shouldn’t be a HBP IMO

Not sure why CM leaves these kids in to take these arse shipping’s. Guess his history leave them in to long every game. Kid isn’t even SEC worthy .

I was defining “lean” as a move to get hit. The point is he jumped backwards to get hit. I understand but I don’t think you should hurt the pitcher for throwing it in a place the batter isn’t
