I'll go ahead and plug the obvious ones, yall build the rest & I'll update as we get some consensus.

Sternberger has had a nice year. I guess he's been the main target, so has had a lot of receptions. But Irv Smith (one of a TON of elite targets) is the best TE in the country right now. If he were anyone's main target, he would have 75+ receptions.

Coach O called Gaillard best center he’s ever seen.

Why? He leads the conference in yards, has a strong YPC, and is close to the top at TDs. It's not really all that close.
