Jeff Booger, haven't thought about that guy in a long time.

Didn't hit the link, but are there any clips of the summer before his senior year when he was arrested for illegal possession of a weapon ... while also getting drunk and into a parking lot brawl at a McDonalds... while facing academic suspension for plagiarism. OR, maybe of Pat Sullivan violating rules to bail him out afterwards?

However, I'm certain there is a clip somewhere in there of the season opener when he didn't miss but maybe a snap as top 5 AU hosted Texas.

Its funny how much things haven't changed in terms of equitable discipline for talented players when it comes at the expense of a big game or season (Alabama VERY much included). Yet, opposing fan bases always act like it is and always has been just the other teams that are dirty and enabling so long as they get a W.

Isn’t that the guy drunken pat suspended for one play for getting caught by a professor plagiarizing a paper?

Texas whooped that arse in what was, up to that point,
the biggest game ever at Auburn

I recall the final score very differently than you, I suppose.

No, 1983 was when Texas won at Auburn 20-7 (AU’s only loss that season). Auburn won 31-3 in 1987 with Jeff Burger, which was the first game with the East Upper Deck.
